Little Sweetness bakes to order in a home kitchen in Jasin and delivers to listed areas of Melaka only. This page says where we deliver, when your box arrives, what delivery costs, and what happens on the day.
Where we deliver
目前只送马六甲以下地区：Jasin、Bemban、Selandar、Asahan、Merlimau、Durian Tunggal、Ayer Keroh、Bukit Beruang、Bukit Katil、Batu Berendam、Alor Gajah、Melaka Raya、Bandar Hilir、Klebang、Masjid Tanah，其他地区请先 WhatsApp 我们。
结帐时选你的地区，车油费按厨房到该地区的距离算，付款前就看得到。
We do not send anything by post.
Wherever you are, pickup from our kitchen in Jasin is free.
When it arrives
On the day you choose at checkout.
Please note that as our scones are baked to order, all deliveries will be made between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
We bake and deliver Monday to Sunday. You can choose a day up to 14 days ahead, and the calendar at checkout only offers days we can still bake for.
Baked to order, so never same-day
Every box is baked for the order it belongs to, on the morning of its day, so we cannot deliver on the day you order.
Orders for the next day close at 6pm the day before. After that, the soonest day is the one after.
What delivery costs
The fare depends on where you are. Choose your area at checkout and the fare is worked out from the distance to it and added to your total before you pay; the amount you see at checkout is the amount charged.
Collecting instead
Pickup is free, from our kitchen in Jasin. We'll agree a collection time with you on WhatsApp. Please do not turn up unannounced — it is a house, and there may be nobody in it.
On the day
- We will contact you on the day to confirm.
- A rider hands the box over at street level — we do not deliver to a door inside a high-rise, so please come down to meet the rider.
- If the address on the order turns out to be wrong, or the rider cannot find you, we call the phone number on the order. If we cannot reach you on it, the delivery is held — paid or not — until you get in touch. That is the whole reason the number is asked for.
- If something in the box is not right when it arrives, the return and refund policy says what we do about it.
